03 Sign Your Contract

Once you have decided that you are happy to move forward with your quote, the next step is to sign the paperwork and pay your deposit.

Final Sign-Off

Following the concept designs, we will provide you with the final plans, including full specifications, a detailed building timeline and a schedule of materials so you are always aware of exactly what you are investing in.

04 The Building Process Begins

Once all of the paperwork and documents are in place, we are ready to break ground on your new home! You will receive regular updates and open, honest communication throughout the building process.

05 Move Into Your Dream Home

Once the building is complete, you are ready to move into your brand-new home. It is important to apply for a Code of Compliance Certificate (CCC).
